Our Offers for Individuals
The Guest house has a “Cozy Om̐” private bungalow for 1 or 2 people, a “3 Zen rooms” bungalow with 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single room, and in the main house, a “Quartet” room on the ground floor with 2 bunk beds. All guests have access to the swimming pool and the 3 gardens. The bay of Ambatozavavy and the wildlife park are at 5 minutes walk.
Everyday there are 2 sessions of embodied practices : flowy yoga or Gi Gong in the outdoor yoga hut, restorative yoga in the mezzanine, meditation & ritual in the “Sahasrara ॐ room” and coaching/ circling time.
Regular retreats are 6 days and 5 nights; however if you would like a longer or shorter stay, you are welcome to contact us and we will certainly be able to accommodate you.
The serene surrounding nature, the simple village life and I will be there to accompany you in this beautiful and conscious meeting with the otherness and with yourself 🙏

For our guests who want more specific yoga or meditation sequence or a tailor-made coaching session, in addition to the 3 complimentary daily sessions, private sessions can be booked.
It is also available for external customers who don't stay at Om̐ Sweet Om̐ and want to improve or expand their personal, spiritual or professional life.
According to the needs, it could be a yoga or meditation routine you can do at your place and at your pace or a coaching session using embodied, spiritual, energetic, pranic and psychotherapeutic techniques. It could be art therapy, Byron Katie-like introspection and journaling, dream analysis, competencies reviews, EFT, personal development journeying...

For external group of customers who do not stay at Om̐ Sweet Om̐ and want a group session of yoga or meditation or circling. The session will be developped according to the needs and objectives. Be it improving health, enjoying a playful moment together through asanas and meditation or circling, getting a taste of Yoga, improving cohesion or managing conflicts through embodied practices...
